Bold, full-bodied flavours that taste familiar from the very first sip.

“Hainan coffee must be brewed strong. The charcoal must burn slow. And the heart must stay sincere.”
OUR FOUNDING BELIEF

Thirty years ago, my father pushed a metal cart down the street, selling Hainan coffee. Thirty years later, he has his own shop.
Before dawn, the corner shop already smells of rich, roasted coffee. He roasts the beans himself and tends the shop himself, so every customer tastes it the way it should be.
His aluminium pot is blackened by years of charcoal fire, but what pours out is still pure and mellow. A spoonful of condensed milk sends its sweetness down the old street and into every neighbour’s dream.
To him, this was never just a job. It was love, made visible. He shares the stories and techniques behind every cup so we understand the spirit of this culture: coffee is more than a drink; it connects people.
That love is what we are carrying forward.
In Hokkien, “Kaw” means thick, strong and concentrated. Kaw Kaw—extra strong—is the one thing we have never compromised on. Not once, not in thirty years.
The circular seal recalls the enduring mark of an old neighbourhood name. Its central 爽 character expresses the satisfying feeling we hope every guest takes away.

No shortcuts. Just patience, honest ingredients and the care behind every cup and plate.
